Michigan Customer Xperience Agency Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Michigan Customer Xperience Agency ("us," "we," or "our").
1. Booking and Service Agreement:
By booking our services, you agree to enter into a service agreement with Michigan Customer Xperience Agency. This agreement is binding and governs the terms of the services to be provided.
2. Refunds and Cancellations:
Once a booking is made, there are no refunds or cancellations permitted. We understand that circumstances may change, but due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accommodate refunds or cancellations.
3. Store Credit Policy:
In lieu of refunds or cancellations, Michigan Customer Xperience Agency only allows for the issuance of store credit. Store credit can be used towards future products and services offered by Michigan Customer Xperience Agency. However, we do not offer store credits on products purchased from us.
4. Service Commencement:
Michigan Customer Xperience Agency begins drafting contracts and allocating resources for new clients as soon as a booking is confirmed. This involves a significant investment of time and effort on our part, and as such, we are unable to provide refunds.
5. Contractual Obligations:
The booking and service agreement constitute a contractual obligation between the client and Michigan Customer Xperience Agency. Both parties are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
6. Client Cooperation:
Clients are expected to cooperate fully during the drafting and service initiation process. Delays caused by a lack of cooperation may impact the overall timeline and are not grounds for refunds or cancellations.
7. Modification of Services:
Michigan Customer Xperience Agency reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services provided, including the store credit policy, at any time.
8. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Michigan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Michigan.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from booking our services.
